Lighthouse Point is registered as a member of the US Green Building Council. The U.S. Green Building Council is the US’s foremost coalition of leaders from across the building industry working to promote buildings that are environmentally responsible, profitable and healthy places to live and work.

Lighthouse Point is working to attain LEED® Certification on the Project. The LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Green Building Rating System™ is a voluntary, consensus-based US national standard for developing high-performance, sustainable buildings.

Lighthouse Point will be a Signature development, incorporating a series of 9 upscale "green technology" condos, a cafe for daytime/sunset delights and Divetech's new dive shop.
