June 2008 - NOW you are going to be excited!

Okay, well maybe not, but the environmentally friendly sewage treatment plant is installed, and while we all never think of this, the selection is one to note as being environmentally friendly! Plus, the system has been designed for zero discharge with the water recycled for landscaping - no cost to the owners for water!

The Jet wastewater treatment plant is the cleaner, lower-odor, lower-maintenance alternative to traditional septic systems. The Jet plant uses our patented Biologically Accelerated Treatment (BAT®) process to transform wastewater into colorless, odorless, environmentally-friendly effluent, cleaner than most city plants. It has only one moving part, no complicated electronics to fail and no filters to change, resulting in less maintenance and years of trouble free operation .

July 2008 - The rainwater collection cistern is installed, which will be used for outdoor patio and building washing, rinse tanks and car washes. One more environmental feature that will keep owners costs low.
